EVERYONE: Please come 15-30 minutes before your appointment time to complete paperwork. 

All piercings include basic initial jewelry, 316L Stainless Steel.  

Non-refundable deposit of $20 plus processing fees and the rest is due in person (if cost is over $20) plus any cost of non-basic jewelry. Any cancellations or no shows will have to make a new deposit of $20 for any re-scheduled appointments.    REQUIRED POLICIES FOR MINORS BEFORE BOOKING:    MINORS: If you or the person getting pierced is under 18 years of age then  we need the following completed PRIOR to your appointment slot:  -Notarized parental consent form. You can get this done before you come or call ahead to see if your notary is present at the shop. PRINT BLANK HERE: http://www.floridahealth.gov/environmental-health/body-piercing/_documents/notarized-parental-consent.pdf  -Consenting parent or legal guardian's state issued photo ID.  -Age mins: Ear lobes- Age 5+; Helix- age 14+; Most other piercings- 16+.  ADULTS: We need a state issued ID for every piercing on anyone 18 or over

 

BEFORE YOU BOOK: Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cannot make it to the event bc of illness, you can email your ticket to a friend and they can take your place as long as they tell us when they check in whose place they are taking!
