Black and Gold jewelry upgrade options are available for additional cost. Non-refundable deposit of $20 plus processing fees and the rest is due in person (if cost is over $20) plus any cost of non-basic jewelry. Any cancellations or no shows will have to make a new deposit of $20 for any re-scheduled appointments. REQUIRED POLICIES FOR MINORS BEFORE BOOKING: There will be a $20 upcharge for all minor piercings. We DO NOT pierce minors belly buttons. MINORS UNDER 18: Please book a free consultation before booking this appointment. Age requirements vary per type of piercing. Minor appt requirements: If you or the person getting pierced is under 18 years of age then we need the following completed PRIOR to your appointment slot: -Notarized parental consent form. You can get this done before you come or call ahead to see if your notary is present at the shop.
